Redhands – Anneloes Roothans (1993) is a freelance illustrator and animator from the Netherlands. Her illustration work, a vibrant mix of strong shapes, many animals and bold colours, has its own distinct style. These snapshots from her imagination are brought to life through animations.
Ideally, Anneloes likes to use her work to raise awareness of the world around us, setting herself the ultimate goal of saving the world. Although she realises how ambitious and impossible it sounds, she strongly believes that an individual can make a real difference – if they stand by their ideals and do what they love.
